📬 New: email alerts
As soon as a new follow-up is created, you can get an email (or only for high-priority ones). No need to keep the dashboard open to know something needs you.
How it works
When someone chats with your assistant and you need to step in, a follow-up is created. You'll find it under Follow-ups: overdue, due soon, or ready to handle — without digging through every conversation.

Who gets access?
Follow-ups are part of the AI concierge — not the mini-site alone. If you have concierge, they’re included: even on the free plan (our smart follow-ups). Paid plans include them too.
Mini-site only for now? Add concierge when you’re ready — follow-ups come with it.
What’s next?
More channels (WhatsApp, SMS…) are on the roadmap. For now: turn on email alerts in your business settings, and don’t leave a customer hanging.
